The morning sun shone brightly over the farm as Dad began renovating the old barn. But today, he didn’t work alone—Lala, Bon, and Ni proudly took their positions as “official supervisors,” each determined to help in their own adorable way.
Dad unloaded the tools, and Lala immediately rushed over, pointing at everything with great seriousness. She tapped a hammer, looked at Dad, and squeaked as if saying, “Use this one first!” Bon, meanwhile, climbed onto a pile of wood, watching Dad like a tiny boss making sure all steps were correct. And Ni? She calmly sat on a hay bale, observing with wide, curious eyes—clearly the “quality control inspector.”
As Dad measured the new wooden frames, Lala followed him closely, trying to copy his movements. Bon kept peeking into buckets and boxes, almost as if he was doing inventory. Every time Dad hammered a nail, Ni blinked slowly, approving each tap-tap-tap with a gentle nod.
At one point, Lala tried to drag a small plank toward Dad. She pulled with all her strength, wobbling left and right. Dad laughed and helped her carry it. “Good job, Lala! Very strong supervisor,” he said. Lala’s chest puffed with pride.
Bon, feeling competitive, brought a tiny leaf he found and placed it in the toolbox—his version of “helping.” And Ni followed behind him, brushing dust off Dad’s shoes with her little hands.
By the afternoon, the barn looked much cleaner and brighter. Dad stood back, admiring the progress—while Lala, Bon, and Ni lined up in front of him, waiting for approval.
Dad smiled, kneeling down to hug all three. “The renovation went fast because my three best supervisors were here,” he said warmly.
Lala giggled, Bon climbed onto Dad’s shoulder, and Ni clapped happily. It had been a day of teamwork, laughter, and adorable chaos—just the way the farm should be.
