The moment Yen Nhi climbed onto her bicycle, CUTIS ran to the front, waving his hands as if giving traffic directions. âGo straight! No, turn left!â he shouted playfully, confusing her on purpose. Yen Nhi laughed and rang her little bell. At the same time, Baby Monkey hopped onto CUTISâs shoulders, clapping and squeaking with excitement.
As Yen Nhi pedaled forward, trying to stay steady, CUTIS suddenly pretended to race her, pumping his legs wildly in the air and yelling, âIâm faster!â Baby Monkey joined in, bouncing up and down like a tiny cheerleader. Their silliness made Yen Nhi laugh so hard she nearly lost her balance.
When she rode past them, CUTIS and Baby Monkey sprinted behind her, pretending they were chasing a runaway bicycle. CUTIS flapped his arms like he was flying, while Baby Monkey covered his eyes dramatically, peeking through his fingers as if Yen Nhi was performing extreme stunts. Their exaggerated reactions made her laugh until her stomach hurt.
At one point, Yen Nhi tried to show a âcool turn.â CUTIS immediately fainted onto the grass in pretend shock, and Baby Monkey rolled over beside him, giggling uncontrollably. Yen Nhi couldnât help but stop the bike, laughing with them.
By the end of the day, Yen Nhi was exhausted but happy. CUTIS and Baby Monkey proudly declared her the âSuper Cyclist of the Yearââeven though they teased her the entire time. The garden was filled with laughter, making it one of their funniest afternoons ever.
