One quiet afternoon, when Mom was busy cooking in the kitchen, Cutis suddenly had a mischievous idea. He slowly tiptoed toward the back door, looking left and right to make sure Mom wasn’t watching. With a cheeky smile on his face, Cutis escaped outside and ran straight toward the muddy field behind the house. Today was the perfect day for a secret adventure — a mud bath!
As soon as Cutis reached the mud puddle, he jumped in without thinking twice. Splash! Mud flew everywhere. Cutis rolled happily from side to side, laughing loudly and covering himself from head to toe. He rubbed mud on his arms, legs, and even his face, enjoying the cool, slippery feeling. To Cutis, this was better than any spa day.
Meanwhile, Mom noticed something was strangely quiet. She called out, “Cutis?” No answer. She stepped outside and followed a trail of muddy footprints leading straight to the field. When Mom arrived, she froze in shock — Cutis was completely covered in mud, smiling proudly like a little pig.
Cutis tried to hide behind a bush, but it was too late. Mom crossed her arms, pretending to be angry, while Cutis gave her his cutest innocent look. He slowly walked over, dripping mud everywhere. Of course, the fun didn’t end there. Mom grabbed a bucket of water and chased Cutis around the yard. Cutis squealed with laughter, running as fast as he could, slipping and sliding in the mud. In the end, Mom finally caught him and gave him a thorough wash.
