Lala has trouble doing the laundry so she asks grandma for help!

It was a bright and breezy morning when Lala decided she wanted to help with the chores. She proudly told Mom, “Today, I’ll do the laundry all by myself!” Mom smiled and nodded. “That’s wonderful, Lala. Just be careful, okay?”

Lala marched confidently to the washing machine with a big basket of clothes. She tried to sort them the way she’d seen Mom do—but soon, everything became confusing. Socks mixed with shirts, white clothes tangled with colorful ones, and somehow, one of Dad’s shirts got stuck on her tail!

“Oh no!” Lala groaned, spinning around to untangle herself. After a few minutes of chaos, she stared at the messy pile of laundry and sighed. “This is harder than it looks…”

Just then, Grandma walked in from the garden. Seeing Lala’s worried face, she chuckled gently. “Having some trouble, my dear?”

Lala nodded, pouting. “I wanted to surprise Mom, but I messed it all up.”

Grandma smiled kindly and knelt beside her. “Don’t worry, Lala. Let’s do it together.” She patiently showed Lala how to separate colors, measure detergent, and load the washer correctly. Lala watched closely, her eyes wide with admiration.

When the machine started spinning, Lala clapped her hands. “It’s working, Grandma!”

“See?” Grandma said with a wink. “Everything’s easier when we work together.”

After the laundry was done, they hung the clothes outside to dry under the sun. The colorful shirts and towels swayed gently in the breeze, and Lala felt proud.

“Thank you, Grandma,” she said, hugging her tightly.

Grandma smiled. “You did most of the work, Lala. You just needed a little guidance.”

That day, Lala learned that even the toughest chores can be fun—and full of love—when shared with someone special.
